Q: Where is the meeting place?

A: The meeting place can be decided by the customer, or we can meet at a local ski resort.

Q: Is there a shuttle service ?

A: If you require transportation, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Q: Is there rental gear? Is there a rental facility nearby?

A: We do not have rental gear available. There are rental shops near the ski resort.

Q: Is it okay for beginners ?

A: Of course you are welcome. We will provide easy-to-understand and

thorough lessons even for beginners!

Q: How many times will the chair lift take ?

A: The number of times you take the chair lift will vary depending on your level and physical strength,

but even beginners can enjoy it from the first day.

We will teach you how to take the chair lift!

Q: When do you start charging cancellation fees?

A: Cancellation on the day: 100%

Cancellation the day before: 80%

Cancellation 7 days before: 50%

Cancellation 8 days before: 0%
